Doggy Day Camp

    • Camp is an all-day soiree. Six hours of supervised off-leash fun in the sun (rain, snow, whatever!) ensures that your dogs have time to roam, fetch, tag, play, rest, and regroup! This is especially helpful for high-energy dog breeds that require a high level of exercise and enrichment. Trust us: camp pays off in health, happiness and 24hrs of naps.

    • Camp is a haven away from the noises, smells, sounds and grounds of the city. Our family’s farm is retired. Meaning, the paddocks are only occupied by the dogs. Of course, the odd wild turkey or fox may make their way onto the land. Though, not for long. The land’s keepers, Fred & Ethel, two Border Collie and English Sheepdog mixes, ensure that the grounds are clear for their canine pals.

    • The predictability of the land offers tranquility to the dogs who frequent it. Those who may have anxious behaviours in the city can find peace of mind at the farm. You can see more of that here

  • We pick up and drop off your pup between Broadview & O’Conner and Victoria Park & Queen on Toronto’s east end. Outside of our radius? No sweat! We’re happy to meet at The Langford Parkette. Once we’ve gathered the pack, we’re off to Ridgeway! Located just outside of Fort Erie on the Niagara Escarpment, your pups enter the paddock for their mini vacay! Full schedule below.

  • Camps run bi-weekly on Mondays, excluding statutory holidays. On those weeks, camp runs the following Friday.

    Camp Itinerary:

    9am-10:30am: Pick up

12pm-5pm: Off-leash supervised play (fetch, chase the e-bike, social engagement, etc.)

5pm: Dinner bell rings & dogs eat

5:15pm-6pm: Work off dinner & blow off the last bit of steam

    6pm: Hit the road

We take safety seriously

  • Every dog starts with a meet & greet on neutral ground so we can get to know them and their owner in a calm, low-pressure environment. We ask about your dog’s allergies, sensitivities, and any special care they need to stay healthy and happy.

  • We assess your dog’s personality, play style, and reactions to toys, leashes, and other dogs to ensure a good pack fit.

  • To build trust and observe behaviour, we take each new dog on a short solo walk before group integration.

  • If your dog boards with us, we invite them into our home to meet our dog, cat, and baby. We want to be sure that everyone feels comfortable and safe with one another.

  • All dogs must be up to date on their core vaccines to protect the health of our entire pack.

  • We’re hands-on and observant—always looking ahead to prevent issues before they arise.

  • AMANDA, Dog Owner

“Yellow Bone Dog Services have genuinely been a Dogsend for me and my dog Lucy. I adopted Lucy from a kill shelter in the U.S. - she needed loads of love, patience, and training to gain confidence. Marcus was thrilled to welcome her, issues and all. It’s been over a year now, and it’s safe to say that Lucy has two families! She has come so far in her confidence and behaviour. I couldn’t recommend Yellow Bone Dog Services any higher for your dog.”

  • BRITT, Dog Owner

"Whether it’s dog walking, pet sitting or boarding, Yellow Bone provides an exceptional experience to both the pups and human owner. We trust him explicitly to keep our dogs safe, engaged and cared for while with him and the pack. We’ve recommended the services to countless friends who have since become part of the pak and continue to share their positive feedback. Travelling is easier and more enjoyable knowing the dogs are under Yellow Bone’s care. Updates, policy changes or details are always communicated in a timely manner."

  • ALYCIA, Dog Owner

"Our first baby was a couple weeks old when we realized we needed a dog walker to help us with our two high-energy dogs. Two years and another baby later, we'd be lost without Marcus. He is one of a handful of people that we trust can handle our dogs. It is very clear how much Marcus knows and loves dogs and how much ours love him. Every time our condo buzzer rings, both dogs go wild thinking it's him coming to pick them up and they always come home happy and tired from their adventures with him. Marcus is flexible, understanding, reliable and trustworthy. We cannot say enough about how much he means to our pack! "
